Came here to inquire about taking out a small payday loan. However lady was being really rude and demanding. The whole environment seemed too sketchy. I simply walked out and burrowed from someone else. Please save yourself the money and TIME by avoiding this place. And like one person said, I'm 100% positive their good reviews are from their own staff. How pathetic.

This was my first experience at a title loan so I have little to compare it to. But the rep. That helped me was awaome very professional and polite. I would definitely comeback and do business with Sierra. Thanks again .

Great staff. Great service. Great experience. Even if they can't help you with a loan they help to find other solutions to your financial situation. Work with you if you need a little more time, the best they can. When I call they know who I am by name which makes makes me feel special and important not just another number. Brenda WAS AMAZING! I came in completely skeptical after speaking with her for 10mins I was able to fully understand the process and see I had nothing to worry about as long as I stayed on top of it. She didn’t try and pressure me into anything she told the truth and made me feel more then comfortable. SHE IS A MODEL EMPLOYEE!!!!!!

Though I made a poor decision in signing up for a title loan. The whole experience was a nightmare that taught me the consequences of loans in general especially ones that have collateral. Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from but I'm almost certain they're from their own employees. People avoid these sharks. If you really need cash go some place else.

Normally, title loan facilities have a reputation of being heartless. Not this facility - the wonderful employees at this particular branch understand life situations and truky care what their customers go through. They're fair, work with you, and are wonderful to deal with.

I would never get a title loan again because I dnt need one but anymore BUT when I did need one Title Max was the only place who helped in such short notice...The employees answered all my questions always answered my calls & were very nice & respectful always offered me water or coffee & the location was always clean & comfortable

Titlemax is the best! The friendly staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I had the privilege of working with the management team and the service was impeccable. I never knew they would be able to help me get my car back from tow.

I came in they were very friendly and helpful. Erica is just amazing I would strongly suggest her to go to but Ciara is wonderful too. If you need a loan this is the place to go

I recently received a title loan from the Title Max on Grand Ave in Waukegan IL and I was extremely surprised at how quick, smooth and easy to entire process was. The entire staff, especially the GM Erica, were super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Although I wasn't able to get the amount of money I hoped for, Erica did her best and was still able to get me enough money to significantly help. On top of everything, they had a free full breakfast and lunch spread set out for everyone. I would EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Title Max to anyone who is looking to get a title loan. I love how fast and quickly I got approved and may I say Ericka is amazing!!! Definitely recommend going to her!!

I would not recommend. They do not let you know of extra payments like late fees when you request an extension or anything. They expect you to remember when you sign the contract. No courtesy reminders of extra funds owed on extended days. Then the manager will go over bored and say "She will remind you of the whole contract all 7pages each time I call". Not good customer service almost seems like she wanted to argue with the customer rather than listen, apologize, and make the necessary adjustments to fix situation. Good luck if you choose TitleMax. Just always have your 7 page contract when planning to extend a due date because you will not get a Courtesy reminder of any extra payments you will need to make.

The staff here is incredible. Their extremely helpful and easy to speak to. They reasonable rates and pay schedules. I absolutely love that you dont have to strictly use your bank account to repay your loan.
