    The absolute WORST! I have been in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that is not Audi. They are waiting for the title as the car has been paid off. Most title companies are 7-10 days. Audi “claims” to be 11-20 days. It has now been 4 weeks and a week of them saying they will provide a tracking number. At first I thought the dealership I am buying the car from was pulling a quick one. After reading these reviews I now know Audi financial is the issue . A company that claims to be a luxury brand should take more pride in its customer service. Very unimpressed. I wish they would learn from their mistakes and make changes internally but obviously they are not concerned about the people that keep them in business nor are the willing to spend some time reading reviews so they can learn from their obvious reoccurring mistakes. Edit: The more I think about this the more it bugs me. I NEVER leave reviews, but felt something had to be said. You would be hard pressed to find a company as large as Audi to have such a poor rating. Wake up Audi!

    Their website stopped taking online payments months ago. You’re supposed to be able to link your Audi FS account to your MyAudi account, but it doesn’t work - I’ve tried on different browsers and devices. So you simply can’t make payments online. But this isn’t clear, there’s no acknowledgement, and there is nothing about trying to fix it. It’s been broken for at least 6 months. It’s 2022 and you’ve been unable to take online payments for over 6 months. It worked fine before trying to force you to pay through MyAudi. Pretty pathetic.

    I recently had the unfortunate realization that I chose the worst brand as far as financial services. I called the customer service department for assistance and was connected with Laura. I explained to her what I was told on a previous call roughly two weeks prior, in. regards to an. adjustment on my account. She claimed to "verify" I was incorrect, but couldn't give me proof. She eagerly insisted that I speak to her supervisor, Dean. To no surprise, he literally repeated what Laura said. Ultimately, they were very unhelpful. As a customer, I don't feel valued. I don't feel like this company cares. I regret doing business with Audi Financial Services.

    Very dishonest company. I had issues paying via Audi FS website and when they transitioned everything over to My Audi my account never got linked. Instead of making things right with me they put me over to a collections agency. Will never use these guys again Update 12/14: Now have issues on my wife’s account with these guys overcharging vs our agreed upon monthly rate. Their lovely site was down for multiple days and of course no customer service available on the weekend so we got charged a ridiculous $150 late charge. These guys are an absolute disgrace to the Audi name.

    It has taken over 2 months for them to process my cashiers check and send my title. It has been a screw up every step of the way, the latest being that I paid $15 for fedex and the clowns said they mailed it via regular mail today.

    Hi all. Use login.audifs.com where you can create your online Audi FS account and get a payoff quote and then go ahead and payoff your loan, as well as other useful things like setting up autopay. This apparently bypasses the audiusa web server, which does not have enough servers configured to support, you know, basic service.

    I am so sad to see all the negative reviews. I am on my second Audi financed vehicle since 2016 and have had no issues or problems. Their site is easy to navigate and all the items I need are there. I did have a small issue but it was resolved quickly over the phone. When Covid hit and I was out of work for a few months, they were the EASIEST to just click to postpone some payments without taking a hit. I am an Audi loyal and can't wait for my next purchase next year.

    It looks like Audi doesn’t even care to fix this problem, but I hope they do something about it or else I refuse to finance my next car with them. Audi financial services SUCKS. The website is always down. I have issues trying to pay. I was literally told one time that site would be down for 5 days and that payment via phone was not working either! Good thing there’s a grace period. And I was also offered/promised something that the next person did not follow through with as then tried to say I was lying when the previous agent left a note. The agents are also very incompetent.

    My phone call just ended very poorly with a customer service representative. Someone picked up the phone like they weren’t ready (heard background noise, no one said anything for a legit minute) I called to see if I had to make a payment for my car. She then told me it was due in a month, I said okay cool let’s schedule a payment to pull on X date for the amount. She said okay, put me on hold for three minutes and then got back on the phone and said she made a note I was going to pay in three weeks… I asked, is it scheduled? She said no… then I asked if she could schedule it and then I got silence for 3 minutes and after she said she would transfer me to someone that could help… waited for 10 minutes and the call disconnected… Their website is horrible to make payments on, their customer service representatives are not properly trained or organized to assist and the wait time to get someone was 45 minutes. (I scheduled a call back to I didn’t really mind the wait on that) Audi Financial really has to get it together with customer service, their staff is not equipped to take all these calls from people and they don’t have the capability to assist swiftly and efficiently. Very very poor…

    This is the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a vehicle. There is no direct line, so once you are in the middle of the process you must contact the generic number and attempt to explain that you need to be reconnected. Paperwork is not received on their end or sent to me with documentation missing. It took an extended period of time and multiple phone calls to get the initial credit check started and then I was not even made aware that it was complete until I called yet again. I am an existing customer attempting to complete a buyout, so you would think this would be a simple process given that I have have had an active account for 3 years now.

    It has been a nightmare trying to reach a real person to address a real problem. I’ve tried calling all different days of the week and times of day. The wait times have always been what I consider to be excessive - more than 30 minutes - and even when I did wait, I actually never reached anyone. This time I was offered a call back. First time that’s happened. So we shall see. We need some paperwork from our car purchase since we moved to another state, which requires said paperwork in order to title and plate the car. I would expect that with cars the value and price of Audi, customer service would be much better. But unfortunately it’s not. Completely unimpressed.

    I love my car but Audi Financial Services is a joke. It’s one problem after another that has cost me hours of time and more that 4 thousand dollars. I am upset at basic customer service - regardless of what you pay for something, it is not unreasonable to expect people to deliver error free documents. When I bought an A-8, I thought I would keep the car for a long time. I now hate the car and recommend everyone go to Mercedes. Their customer service is 1000 times better.

    I wish that I could give them no stars - I wish I never got an Audi. The car itself is great but if you have to deal with these incompetent customer service representatives, GOOD LUCK. I can't even get into what they did to me but the long of it is, they knocked my credit from a 830 to a 620 overnight for something that was their fault, yet they won't reverse it. I was trying to buy a house and now I can't since my score tanked that heavily so quickly. DO NOT BUY/LEASE AN AUDI FOR THIS REASON ALONE unless you want a headache or have the urge to deal with idiots for HOURS upon HOURS... (oh and they still owe me a check for $500 that is 4 months overdue)...
