I’ve dealt with the Titlemax on MORELAND AVE on several occasions and I’ve never had any issues with them But this visit was humiliating to me I was being helped by another employee when this one lady who is a GENERAL MANAGER for titlemax her name ms Kendall she told the young lady that was help me to stop and go and attend to the lady that she was helping . I thought that was very Odd for her to do that . She had a very nasty attitude and she was rude and was asking me Personal questions that was very uncomfortable and disrespectful to me There was another customer there and I felt humiliated I came their to do business with them and she interrogating me asking me personal stuff that didn’t have anything to do with titlemax. In 2019 I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and i had a mass in my stomach the size of a soccer ball I had to have 3 surgeries and take chemotherapy I had to be off work for a year and my job didn’t give use insurance or pay us for sick days so I fell behind on bills so I would use titlemax to help me get caught up and I always paid the money back I borrowed from them anybody that has taken Chemotherapy knows that it takes a toll on your body and immune system so Sometimes i can only work a couple of days a week so I would use titlemax to get my bill caught up but this particular lady was using her authority to degrade me she told me “ YOU KNOW I CAN DENY YOUR APPLICATION And that really made me angry . IM NOT BASHING TITLEMAX LET ME MAKE THAT CLEAR I’m referring to This GENERAL MANAGER MS KENDALL . I don’t think that anybody should make a person feel bad for trying to get help .

I thought it might take hours to get a response for approval but it turned out to be a very quick process. I would recommend this business and location to everyone in need of a lil financial help.
