Wow ! I have had a totally great experience at this Title Max location. I was a bit on edge walking through the door almost regretting coming in. From the time I entered the door I was greeted with a big smile. Mr Willie made me feel totally comfortable and walked me through all the step not missing any key points! After the visit I can honestly say I regret having regrets from the jump. Can’t wait to “get my tittle back with tittle max” .

My name is Coy Paschal and I did like the customer service at this store location. None of customer service reps..called me or sent any literature to me in the mail that my car was going to be repossessed by titlemax. The store manager did not even let make a payment arrangement to keep from losing my car. They stated I had to pay the full $12,000 payoff to get my car back. The customer service reps where very rude and not friendly at all, and they did not want to assist or help me with my business matters and told me not to come too there office no more. The store manager by the name of Willie told me to put my entire loan that I borrow on a debit card called UNIVERSE SILVER..and I ended up losing money due too ridiculous debit card FEES and ATM withdrawal mistakes the company screwed up on. The card charge me like between 1 to 5 dollars everytime I made a debit card transaction at every retail and gas station.
