The new Staff at this location Betsy specifically acts like she hates her job or dealing with customers. When Betsy calls for anything she is rude and unwilling to help customers. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WISH TO KEEP YOUR CAR AND HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE TRUST ME I HAVE DELT WITH THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL BETSY ARRIVED!!!

This was my first experience doing a title pawn, but the ladies here at this Title Max were extremely helpful, patient and Kristina even advocated for me, making several phone calls to increase my initial offer of $800 all the way up to $1200. Kristina single handedly got me an extra $400 because of her hard work, professionalism and commitment to get her customers walking out with top dollar. If you need to pawn your title I wouldn't think about going anyway but the Title Max at 59 Hillside Trace...ask for Kristina and tell them Sabrina sent you ;-)

Bonnie Smith is wonderful. She helped me get exactly what I needed. The customer service from everyone was amazing. Even my son loved them. Definitely will recommend and will be coming back myself!
