A few weeks ago I went over to Titlemax in Commerce, GA. Jennifer was great. Within 30 minutes I had $1300 in my account. You see I purchased a used vehicle for $3700 at the end of December 2021. I didn't realize the costly repairs it was going to need. Jennifer at Titlemax had me bring my car, the clear title, and my driver's license over. Within 30 minutes I had the money. Unfortunately, I've begun the work and just found out it's going to cost me an additional $1800. I called Titlemax just now but they are already closed today. I'm being told the garage is placing a lean on my car, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Jennifer will have some other options for me when I speak with her on Monday. I probably should have got an estimate for the repairs before going Title max.

I appreciated a multitude of things regarding Title Max Title Loans. However, my most favorite was the excellent customer service and sheer professionalism. The representative that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about what we wanted and how to get it. It was our first time at Title Max so we were a little apprehensive as to what to expect. Jennifer our representative assuaged all of our concerns and questions. She remained professional all while developing great rapport.
