Jacob tried helping us the best he could last night with my fiancé trucks and everything didn’t work on our part but that’s ok. I come back in with my car today 11/19/19 and Kenny was amazing he knew what to do already had my information pulled up and processed everything as fast as he could. Jacob Farino was the best employee out of the different title max’s I’ve been to. There was great customer service and he even made jokes. Overall this was a great experience, I’m definitely coming back if I need to. I recommend this title max to anyone who needs it.

Wow great customer service is not dead. Jacob Farino was the nicest most knowledgeable manager I have dealt with in a long time. Took time explaining to me everything about my loan and explained even when I did not understand some things, he went over them again with me. Just good ole customer service and friendly.
