Denise was awesome! She was super sweet and helped me understand the whole process perfectly! Maggie was also there and while she wasn't the representative who was helping me specifically, she was still very kind and offered me some coffee while I was there! They're both great reps and I highly recommend using this location for your loan needs :)

Victoria is absolutely amazing super smooth easy process! Though my initial interaction with this location was very professional and a smooth easy process, my encounter today was nothing shy of the worst customer service ever received. Not only did the new store manager Denise not want to take my payment when coming through the door by pushing me off to the app (payment is cash so can’t use the app) when she did take my payment she was at the desk with another client when asking for my phone number and discussing my financial information not only in front of the client at her desk but in front of another person standing in the open lobby area. When asked how much I was paying, I stated $800. She counted the money only once and stated she only had $700. I extended my hand to recount the money myself to which she did not hand it back but counted again and sure enough she magically found the extra $100 in her hand to in fact equal $800. As if her foul attitude and arrogance was not already enough to ruin the experience at this location of simply trying to make a payment, now she has made the store look like a thief with shying my cash payment of $100. She again discussed my financial information in front of others trying to tell me I should wait to make my payment when I told her clearly I did not intend to wait to make the payment. This was a horrible experience and I am looking forward to discussing this matter with the director in hopes of further customer service education can be provided to the poor choice they have made for management at this location. Once again Victoria from my initial encounter was incredible. Denise by far the worst employee that can be found in a customer service role.
