Title max was super quick and very nice great customer service. Derika was the AMAZING woman who helped me today and WOW. She explained everything I possibly needed to know about my loan. Also super great personality. I would recommend this place as well they need to promote Derika.

David Moore was exceptional. This was my first time ever having to do a loan. I was extremely nervous and he made sure everything went smoothly. Even explaining this multiple times if I needed. While I pray I will never have to do a title pawn again I definitely appreciate how comfortable David made me feel about it.

Which ending up me coming to his office and doing because he did exactly what he offered and some He even stayed an extra hour on a Saturday to see if he could got more and offered another company but that company didn’t work out for me so I waited til today and went to him thank u Cedrick

Anastasia and Cynthia are always a pleasure when I come in. There aren't too many places you can go to where the employees know your name when you walk through the door. Everytime I'm in the office Anastasia is greeting all of the customers who come in by their name. They definitely helped me out in my time of need.
