We received great customer service from Teryn. I called her to ask if I could come in before my appointment. She politely said I could come in whenever I’d like to. I could tell by her pleasant telephone voice that she was nice person. She was very polite and patient. She explained every step in great detail. We were feeling bad by having to use this service, but she reminded us that things happen. She was very understating and provided service with a smile. She made sure that the area we were at was clean and sanitized. She emphasized how clean the office is so that we wouldn’t have to worry about any germs. She answered all of our questions in great detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and happy. She went over several loan and payment options and didn’t rush us to decide. We talked, laughed, and joked during the process. She made my day and should be given the great customer service recognition that she deserves. What an experience! I called into this office on Saturday nervous about what to expect and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service and professionalism I experienced. I talked with Niecy and she made it effortless. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Wish I was in Georgia instead of Florida I would definitely recommend this Title Max office to all my family and friends in the Snellville area.
