Nikette the store manager Is hands down the best, she had us in and out in less than a hour. She was so knowledgeable and got me what I needed, we had a great conversation about our home towns as well as GA. We also talked about good and movies she made me feel at home and like family. I definitely recommend this location if your in need of help.

When I first took out a loan it was smooth no issues. This recent time I took out a loan and was making my payments before the 30days was up and then I noticed a extra $240 increase was added to my loan and It hadn’t been a whole month yet till interest was suppose to be added to the balance as it was explained to me. This time was disappointing not a really good experience,but my loan is paid off and I definitely dont plan on getting played another time. They are well mannered and not as busy at this location. Good luck you guys.

The staff here are great , I love the most how they listen to your concerns and handles it as if they were in your shoes. They don’t get frustrated when you don’t understand how the loan works, they make it clear so that you have a great experience. I am a valued customer and that stands out the most. They are fair with giving you the value that your car is worth. Very much pleased.

Edit 8/29/20: I came back again and Vaneshia and my experience was just as great! I came in maybe 10 min before closing and she still assisted me with the loan.
