Sean helped me out and was amazing!!! He explained how the whole process worked and took the time to answer any questions I had. Sarah was very rude, arrogant and really unpleasant to talk to, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there to deal with her. Luckily she gets one star because you have to put one on there. She doesn't care about Covid19 and how our state wasn't set up for 1099 employees yet for their unemployment benefits yet and when i tried explaining that to her and that I would be making a payment in 9 days to bring the balance current her response was "it is still probably going to get removed its been almost 2 months." Well I talked to Sean one month ago and he said they were not doing any pick up because of the pandemic and to call once my unemployment was all squared up and it is so i called and got this uninformed, uneducated, heartless person. Stay away from her ask for Sean he's always been great.

These loans have been a blessing for me. They have gotten me out of tough times and even afforded me a vacation. I have taken out about 5 loans and every time I go there Sara makes me feel welcome.. She is awesome, and I'm very thankful for Sara helping me out.

The lady that help me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. The loan process was simple and easy!

Where do I start.. I walk in and was greeted by Joanna. I told Her what I need. She was not just the coolest and nicest person ever. She made it happen on what I was looking for. She so nice and very good on explaining everything and answering all my question. So if your at this location please go see her she will hook you up!! Honestly no BS! Thank you Joanna ( hope I spelled her name right lol)

Shawn took great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure our short term, quick fix did the trick while not causing pemenamt damage by taking an arm and a leg while doing so. There were 2 other friendly loan officers working on other loans while Shawn handled my loan within 10 minutes, my apologies for not catching their names, one of which being a gentleman that handed me a bottle of cold water to help with my allergy attack! All around, great service and friendly atmosphere! Thank you so much!!!
