I definitely recommend them. The employees are great and really helpful. I’ve gotten a line of credit there twice now, which I love because it’s there if I need it but if I don’t use it, I don’t owe anything. I also got a loan through them once too, and the interest rate is so much lower than I would have expected, pennies on the dollar. I have nothing negative to say. If you need a loan, this is where you should go.

This place will definitely get you alone but they are the most inconsiderate company I have ever met in my life we were nine days late on our pavement my husband was in a severe car accident I wake up to the sheriff's department at Foreman me that my husband was an accident 3 hours later TitleMax called me which they had called all eight days before that too even though I went up there to notify them that I was going to be late but I answer my phone as I'm sitting in the hospital not knowing if my husband's going to survive or not I tell them what is going on and the next thing they say to me is are you going to make your payment so if you want a great title company to go to go to Tennessee Title Loan in Johnson City they're the best company that I've yet to come across

Shew! Don't borrow any more than you can pay back in a 30 day period. The title loans and "lines of credit " cost you extensively more than you can imagine even if you make more than the monthly payments- like I have been doing. And even if you have it down to say $800, the minimum payment is say $135 and you still make a $200 payment and the new balance shows a little over $600 they estimate 3-6 months to finish paying off the balance. For example: owe a little over $800 (I think is what it showed before payment), minimum payment $135 and change, paid $200. Of $200 only $83 and change went to principle everything else was interest and fees. Find another way or save till you can buy it or repair it. When I get my title back I'll use my bank from now on. Kinda wondering if the bank will give me a loan to get rid of this. At least you can see the end with a bank loan. Try your bank first. Worst they can say is no.
