Albert's Pawn W Center St, Kingsport

I have done business with Brett at the Kingsport store multiple times and he has always been great. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The store is always clean and orderly. Brett has helped me out in times when I needed money fast to pay my bills. I recommend Albert's to all of my friends and anyone else when they need cash or are looking for a good deal on almost anything. As a matter of fact I am on my way there this morning.

This store provides great customer service and friendly to work with. Prices and Pawns are the best in the area. The store is always clean, smells and neatly stocked. Always a “hello” when you can walk in the door. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to pawn and I will always buy from here first if I need something.

This place is excellent. They have amazing prices on everything in the store. Plus a great selection of products. Also the staff was really helpful in explaining the pawn scenario and the next best thing is that they have a layaway plan. I will be back to do business here and I will recommend them to friends and send people here.

Absolutely love this place. It has a very clean layout unlike other pawn shops that have a lot of junk scattered every where. The manager isn't too bad to look at either ; )

Wonderful service. A great sense of community from staff. The store was very clean, nice lighting. I went in having a very small personal emergency and was treated with respect and compassion. Excited that owners and operators of small businesses in my area are such compassionate good individuals.

Always a good experience when we go to Albert's Pawn. Brett is hilarious, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the products he sells. We recently purchased a firearm from him and he made sure the process went quick, easy, and stress free. We've also purchased a TV from Albert's as well. I highly recommend going here. Always friendly and always know what they're talking about.

I had an awesome experience with Alberts Pawn shop. I really can’t say enough good things about them. I unfortunately had some unexpected car issues and needed some extra money. I’m in the process of buying a home and didn’t want to have to get a loan at the moment so I decided to take a couple of my designer handbags down to Alberts after seeing a post that they carry designer bags there. Now, I in no way shape or form wanted to let with my bags, they are like my babies! I knew I could pay back the money fast and get them back so that’s what I did! It was my first pawn experience and Brett made it such an easy and great one. He explained to me how everything worked and promised me that my bags are safe with him. It didn’t take long and I got the money I needed. When I came back to pay off my account and pick them back up, my babies were exactly as I had left them, in perfect condition. At that point I had a little extra money and decided to spoil myself with one of the bags they had on display there. I’m really very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Thank you for your help guys!

I am an actual customer who has been in this store multiple times. Store is always clean and kept up with. I am always treated like family as opposed to just another person walking through the door. Items on the floor are cared for and I have never had a problem with anything purchased; and I know that if I ever did have a problem, I would be taken care of. I highly recommend this shop.

Always had good experience here have forgot about a fawning was late a couple of weeks before and they work with me they didn't say well been over 30 days so it's gone I would definitely recommend this pawn shop
