Love Title Max! They're so friendly and easy to talk to. Never any hassle or problems. I will always go there before anywhere else. Eric is always the one who helps me at the store on Vol Parkway in Bristol TN and he's very easy to talk to and never puts any preasure on ya or anything.

A man named Eric helped me. I was a nervous wreck going in cause I have never gotten a title loan and he made it feel like home and explained everything to a T. And made sure everything was good to go and had me out of there with the money already in my bank. I would recommend the one on the volunteer parkway if from TN or tri cities area. Just from my experience they are great. I can't speak on the others cause I haven't been to them.

Update to my review.. what I thought was being helpful was lying. My payment was supposed to be $198.00 but ended up being $633.00 what's even better about this is I only make $600 month so no way I could pay. Tell me to call so they can hell me which they were very unhelpful and rude. ICING ON THE CAKE THEY GAVE ME LITERALLY 15 MINUTES NOTICE BEFORE REPO ON MY CAR Then THEY SOLD IT FOR EXACTLY ONLY The AMOUNT PAST DUE. EVEN BETTER REPO GUY TOLD ME HE WAS DROPPING MY CAR OFF AT THE STORE WHERE IT WOULD BE AND I WOULD HAVE 20 DAYS TO PICK IT UP BUT CAR WAS MEVER MOT ONE TIME ON THE LOT PLUS THEY STOLE ALL KY PERSONAL ITEMS AND TOLD ME THERE WERE NONE IN MY CAR. MY CAR ONLY HAD 110,000 MILES ON IT ABD BOOKED FOR $7000. THEY SOOD FOR $2400.00. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO TENNESSEE TITLE LOANS UNLESS YOU WANT YO BE LIED TO JUST SO ONE IF THE STORE EMPLOYEES CAN BUY YOUR CAR FOR 1/3 OF ITS VALUE AND LEAVING YOU WITH A GIGANTIC DEBT. CON ARTIST'S AND CROOKS..........LIERS AND THIEVES..... Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered all of my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. Were not pushy that I take their services once they provided me with the service options I had available. Would definitely send friends and family there or use them again in the futur

I lost my job and was unable to make my payments on time and they worked with me tremendously to get me caught up. These guys are awesome people who really do try their best to help you. Anyone can say they take advantage of you, but you know what you're getting into when you sign the papers. They really are good people..at least at the volunteer pkwy location.

This place helped me out so much and Mandy Meyers was freaking amazing. She explained everything in detail so that I knew what I was getting into so there’s no surprises later. She is definitely an asset to the company and I hope they realize what potential she has and they take advantage of it and do what it takes to keep her.
