Only offer $40 for a Nintendo switch with a extra set of joycons and 5 games that reatail over $200 all together. And they are rude about it at the same time. Needless to say I won't go back

It's a traditional Pawn Shop so you know what to expect . . . pawned and Used stuff at prices that, at first, seem attractive until you comparison shop at retail stores, eBay, and Amazon. One bright spot is the Restaurant within which hearkens back to the days of Woolworths and makes a killer Banana Split

Never had any luck here. Been belittled both times I’ve entered. I don’t need money that bad! Workers should treat like they would want too be treated.

Got a gun and won't let me get it or a refund cuz where I don't have a Tennessee ID I won't ever go back there again

Absolutely awful customer service. One employee was acting like an absolute toddler and I will never do business here again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

This place has very low inventory turnover in this small town and for that reason they have to buy low and sell high. So, any sober individual who knows the market price of things sold at a local flea market or craigslist cannot go there neither as a buyer nor as a seller. You may be better of selling on Ebay for more and faster and buy stuff at local donation store.

Today I went to Uncle Sam's loan office in Bristol Tn. to get a loan on my antique Fender Telecaster. I searched the internet and it seemed that this was the premiere instrument pawn shop in the area. I had been there before and it seemed like that they had a nice selection of vintage instruments. HOWEVER when I approached the counter I was asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted to pawn my 1972 fender telecaster deluxe for $500. The lady said in a southern drawl "We only take Gretsch, Guild (and another name i forgot), we aren't taking Fenders right now! We only do small loans on those like $100-$200 on those." I said even on a $3000 guitar? She said "Well you will just have to sell that to an individual!" Then I bit my tounge and walked out!!!! It was clear that these people have NO IDEA about quality and vitage musical intruments and have NO BUISSNESS running a store that claims to!!! SO IF YOU HAVE A QUALITY VINTAGE INSTRUMENT DO NOT TAKE IT TO UNCLE SAMS LOANS IN BRISTOL TN. AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! I WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE LEAVING MY SPECIAL INSTRUMENT THERE AT ALL!! ALSO IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY AN INSTRUMNET FROM THERE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!! JUDING BY THE KNOWLEDGE AND INTREST AND CARE THE SHOWED ME THEN I DOUBT ANY INSTRUMENTS THEY HAVE FOR SALE ARE ANY GOOD AT ALL!! ONLY IF A DESPERATE IDIOT CAME IN AND ACTUALLY LET THEM RIP HIM OFF AND THEN DEFAULTED ON HIS LOAN WOULD YOU EVER FIND ANY INSTRUMENT WORTH BUYING AT THIS STORE!! On the other hand I went down the road to ALBERTS LOAN OFFICE 1232 west State st Bristol TN.where they instantly recognized a qaulity antique guitar and gave me the $500 I needed and would have givin me more because they are smart enough to tell that it was a $3000.00 guitar. SO SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT GOTO UNCLE SAMS BUT INSTEAD GOTO ALBERTS LOAN OFFICE!!!

I Do not recommend this Pawn shop they sell your stuff put it on their shelves even when you pay monthly To pawn your property.They also loose your things then argue with you.May have a suit against them soon
