I just love the girls in the office. I have always had an amazing experience with this location. Have worked with them several times and aways a smooth process. Very helpful and sweet as can be.

This place is a joke. I know we are to pay our payments but sometimes things happen and we get behind, well I tell you once they repo your car you are better off just letting them keep it because you have to go to Knoxville to get it back after you pay them a ton of money it still cost more for the trip to get it.

Love this office!! They have been very good to us and always a smile on their faces! The willingness to help is awesome! Danielle helped us and was amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and so very kind! I definitely recommend them!!

Me and my fiancé Walked in not expecting much but this wonderful women named Danielle helped us out and we got more then what we thought, I highly recommend her she’s super nice and very Professional I would definitely go back 👍🏻

Kristen was very nice and helpful probably the nicest person I've ever spoken with in customer service. Wasnt in a rush near closing time and happy to help made us comfortable. Only thing I didnt like was how much I recieved but Ive never had a loan before so its understandable.

The general manager, Danielle is amazing. She's very understanding and extremely helpful. She makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I'd 100% recommend anyone going here.

Always nice. Yes interest is high but when you're in a rush they're there to help. The people that work in the building aren't the ones who set the prices, corporate is. I've always been treated nicely. Make your payments on time and you won't have a problem. Communicate with them if something happens and they'll work with you. Don't complain that your car gets repoed when you signed the paperwork. You are practically selling them your car if you don't make any payments.

I had a loan afew years ago and I was able to work with them. I was never felt to be intimated by them. They were always friendly waiting with a smile and warm comment. It felt more like a personal contract than a business contract.

Miss Dawn is absolutely amazing. Shes super helpful and friendly. Mandy and Danielle were also so friendly I highly recommend just for the customer service alone!!

Great customer service, couldn't be more pleased

The might seem nice as u get a loan. But when u call to reschedule a payment and u get an agreement from the ladies they will harass you till u pay although u have an agreement with them. I will never go back after i pay my bill.

The lady's are total sweethearts! I will always go back.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Quick process but they still make sure you completely understand everything about the loan and payments. They also have amazing referral programs including 50$ to anyone who sends them a customer regardless of if you're still doing business with them! Definitely give them a chance and mention my name and referral!

These folks are great! They made the loan process so easy and painless. I went in feeling apprehensive, and after completing the necessary paperwork, I felt so good, I was able to put the Viagra away! If you need some quick cash, this is the place to go. Wonderful staff! The ladies in the Elizabethton office are really nice and knowledgeable. I was nervous when I came in, but they made me feel welcomed and helped me with what I needed. I definitely recommend seeing the ladies in the Elizabethton office if you need help on getting a loan.
