Patty at the TitleMax in Unicoi TN is awesome. She helped me through the paperwork and was very thorough in educating me on the programs the company has, it's app for my phone, and what all my rights are. As he did a great job and made the process quick and easy.

A year ago my mother-in-law passed away and the cemetery hit my family with extra costs that were not detailed in the beginning. I decided to get a title loan from TitleMax and was greeted by Michele Lamb. I explained to her my situation and she promptly took care of me. Giving me the money I needed and explained everything out in very great, easy to understand, detail. I was very delighted with the way she handled my financial situation! About six months later I went back to Michele and explained to her an unfortunate family event that I was going through. I needed money and I needed it fast. She proceeded to create another title loan for me, giving me the amount that I needed so desperately. The way she treated me made me not only feel that I was dealing with a professional, but with a friend as well. Excellent service, compassion and understanding will definitely have me coming back for future title loans! Thank you Title Max and thank you Michele!!! : )

A few days ago I came over from North Carolina for some help. I called and talked to a Jennifer and while informative enough, her personality was lacking and made me second guess. Being in the spot I was in I made the trip a few days later anyways. There are two young ladies named esonya and patty who were a true delight. Patty greeted me and chatted with me while she helped with my loan, and Esonya came at the end and actually helped me get more than I thought I'd get. A much easier process than I expected. Thank you ladies so much. Ask for Esonya or Patty and they will take care of you.

Miss Ephonia and Miss Patty were so helpful and polite.. they were most enjoyable to talk with. They were both so quick and efficient with our loan, it only took just a little over an hour to evaluate our vehicle and write up our contract.. we left there with a big smile on her face and it felt like we made new friends I would recommend this store on Rocky bottom drive. If I was able to give negative star’s I would. When you originally go in for a loan, their great all smiles good service. But once you sign them paper’s and you thought you knew what you we’re getting into happens it’s a nightmare!!! My payments were 299 a month and every month I paid almost double. A 2500 loan cost me 7 grand to get my title back. So please people do not do business with TitleMax they are rude harassing people. And you should not be harassed because of being late on a payment you’re allowed to be late but what shouldn’t be allowed is rude hateful people running a business!!! So plese at all cost go somewhere else for help TitleMax ain’t it and doesn’t deserve good customers.

Open on a Saturday? Wow. I didn't expect it but I had to try. Thank you for being there. That poor Esonya girl bounced all over the store trying to help everyone, and was just as thorough and kind to us as everyone else I saw her help. Without disclosing my personal numbers, ill just say title max is a real life saver for anyone who finds themselves in a bind with money. And judging from this location, they hire some great employees

When I had to have a costly repair done to my other vehicle, I needed quick cash. TitleMax delivered, but their money is expensive. I borrowed $2,420 for 45 days and I paid a total of $510 for the privilege. I don’t recommend borrowing from them unless you absolutely have to and you can repay within a few months.

They were Awesome. As me arriving kind of late on a saturday while knowing they close at 2 pm. They stayed with me and even went to bat for me. Getting me the loan amount I needed, and explaining how bbn the pay back is worked out for me. I had so much fun with these girls while I waited. I would definately come back to see them.
