Staff barely acknowledges your existence and when they do they're rude. They act like they don't want your business so they won't get mine. Had money in my pocket to buy a gun but will definitely be going elsewhere.

Terrible service. She didn’t even know the difference between the words retail and resale…Terribly priced, with insulting offers as well. Don’t waste your time!

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude and everything is over priced.

I bought a guitar and I am for my son for his birthday and a ring for my wife the same day. Very good customer service they treat you like a family member. Very good deals and I'll be going back. O very good selection on any kind of gun you're looking for.

By far the best pawn shop I have ever been to. Bought everything from power tools, portable speakers to camera equipment. Very courteous and knowledgeable employees. Also, several times I asked if they could do any better with price, they have come down some. Thank you Volunteer Pawn for always making my visits welcoming and rewarding for all the great buys you offer.

I've never been to a pawn shop that treats you like family !! I don't buy anything new and love a good bargain , so I dropped by to check it out. As soon as I walked thru the door I got a hello and a sweet dog walked up and greeted me. Their selection of tools, guns , jewelry and everything else is clean and displayed great . If you've not been your missing the bargains !!

I did a transfer at volunteer . My first time in the store and thought I would give them a try. Two items from palmetto state armory. $60 dollar transfer fee , would have been $70 if paying with a credit card. A reasonable fee would have been $30 or $35. Never again. I've been in business for 45 years and treated every one of my customers as if they were the only one I had. I didn't loose any . I guess Volunteer Pawn is doing so well they don't need or want new business.

I can not comment on pawning things there but, buying feels like prison. the firearms rep is rude and unlikely to help, unless he know's you. heed my warning... (low selection of tools and other pawn items... Higher then average prices on just about everything that I seen. tool's and guns.)

Do not waste your time buying off these people, believe my piercings and tattoos gave them weight to ignore me as a customer

Volunteer pawn picks and chooses who they give GREAT SERVICE too!! not a pawn shop I recommend ANYBODY who truly believes in genuine customer service.....I went to Craig's pawn however and got the exact opposite response. Haven't stop going since🙌🙌 no we doesn't sell guns but he will negotiate with you and treat you like a human being

Went there to find a small handgun for a Christmas gift. They were helpful when I asked for it, but thankfully, kept their distance when I was browsing the store. I'm not a fan of being asked a dozen times if I need help when I just want to look around, so if you're like me, this is the place. Their prices for what I was looking for are probably the best around. Definitely check them out.
