Craig is awesome! He helped me find my granddaughter a special birthday stone ring for Christmas. Thanks Craig! And his store has great prices on things from jewelry to tools. You can find some cool ceramics there as well. He also collects some antiques so think of him when you find that item in the attic of your house.

I have been using Craigs for several year's now. I always receive friendly service with a smile. It helps knowing he is just down the street if we have financial issues. The other guys are rude and obnoxious.

The best pawn shop we've ever been to. The owner, Craig is a super nice guy. Just want to say a big Thank You Craig, for what you did for my mother, after we lost my dad this past year. You are a good man! And we will never forget the kindness you showed to our family, in our time of such loss. Also, we wouldnt get our movies anywhere else!👍👍✌

Thay are amazing!!! When another pawn shop tried to take all our tools for nothing, these sweet people saw our need and were so incredible!!! Thank you!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else!

I dont usually review places, but, after visiting this shop I had to review it. The staff (owner) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make me a new customer. The service is awesome and his policy on trying to help his customers as much as possible is truly refreshing. Everyone is out for themselves these days it seems, but, at least here they go above and beyond to help you! Its great to see old school customer service again!! Thank you Craig's, I am a customer for life!

Very interesting variety of top shelf items. I'm a handbag fanatic and Craig ( owner) has all authentic brand bags!! They also have killer stereo systems and much more! I have a "wishlist". When it comes to buying or downsizing I will go nowhere else. BECAUSE the owner Craig and his family are genuinely "GOOD PEOPLE". They are the reason that people should support local small business!!!

This is the best pawn experience, I have ever had. The service is amazing. The prices are awesome and when you do pawn stuff there they work with you and give you a fair loan for the products. The store and the parking lot may be run down a little but this small locally owned pawn shop will continue to get my busit and my recommendation to everyone. And to everyone that leaves a bad comment stop expecting for this pawn dealer to give you loans on the trash you bring. This is the only pawnshop were I have not had an issue with in JC. Super Pawn in JC sucks and volunteer pawn in JC grabs you with hidden fees. (Such as a %5 charge for every $1 of a credit card payment.)

Probably my most wonderful experience in a pawn shop ever! The owner has to be the nicest guy I have ever dealt with he was super friendly very kind and gave extremely fair prices. Most of us when we go into a pawn shop our parting with things that we don't want to have to sell off and so many pawn shops out there try to downplay you and do the pawn shop Hustle by telling you that your stuff isn't that great and they won't be able to sell it not the case here he was wonderful appreciative kind and sympathetic to the circumstances! I can't believe that there would possibly be any pawn shop around that would be any better than dealing with a gentleman here he was amazing! If I have to unload anything again I will absolutely be back here!! I can't say enough good things about him and his shop

When a unexpected financial issue popped up I literally spent my whole day panicking. I had never pawned or sold anything at any pawn shop ever. They rip you off and the only thing I had to help myself with is a very sentimental item. I didn't know what to do.. I couldn't lose it and needed enough money to help fix my issue. Fast. The owner was caring, compassionate and a life saver!!! He sure saved the day. And he is very reasonable, I had no fear of losing my things due to "interest" or payments so high I could pay. A very good man. Without a doubt. It was a refreshing to meet someone so kind. Thanks again🙂

The best pawn shop around. Classy management. Great deals. FRIENDLY service. Craig is a CLASS-ACT! Sold my wife and I a Diamond ring for super cheap...then fixed it when it broke free of charge! With a smile and a handshake! I wouldn't do business with anyone else. Period.

I would suggest any other pawnshop but this one. I used to work for this guy and to watch him put a smile on when you walk in, tell you he can't take certain items but just 15 minutes before hand someone $20 because he felt sorry for them, knowing he could pawn your item if he wants to and then laugh at you after you walk out knowing the pawnshop he suggested (Volunteer Pawn) want take it because he said to mention his name and they hate him. It all made me sick. So save yourself a trip and go to Volunteer Pawn first because they are more professional and will be honest with you from the start. Since he's not allowing me to comment anymore. That should tell you how high he stays because I was there for almost a month and he paid me under the table if he paid me at all, which I think I will report him over. He calls you names as you can see and he said I stole his private property which I stole nothing. He is the one who stole my property that I had down there and he better still have it because after all this I will be reporting him. He better start thinking about more than his Google rating and think about how he will recover from what I'm about to put on him after slandering my name...

Craigs Pawn is by far the best Pawn Shop I have ever dealt with. He is genuinely a great person that will not ever try to screw you over. I have been dealing with Craig for about 6 years now and I have no complaints at all. As long as you stay in contact and let him know what is going on he will bend over backwards to try to help. He has my business for life. Do not make the mistake of going elsewhere, go to Craigs and you want be disappointed!!!

I want to say "Thank you very much" to all of my customers, past and present, and I appreciate each and every one of you!! Lately, another shop (I will not mention names) has been trying to bring me down by having their customers leave me negative feedback as if their customers had actually visited my store. This particular pawn shop has the lowest feedback score of all the shops,and possibly all time, and thinks that by lying and cheating the system, they can actually bring in more customers for themselves. This is a "low down cowardly act" and the truth is, they can only blame themselves for their poor rating!! Help me to fight this cowardly act by standing up for what is right and never, I mean never, let the bad be triumphant over the good!! Thank you and may God Bless you!!
