I have had nothing but good to say about the this company staff and owner A+ but life happens and I fell behind truck was repossessed Cant blame them for that and this is risk you assume when taking a loan but the recovery service they use New Wave Recovery from Greenville ,Illinois is the worse in my opinion I have made 5 calls to make an appointment to recovery my tools and personal items from the truck totaling well over 700 dollars and no one has return a single call I am left with no choice but to file the items stolen and proceed to small claims to recovery my loss
