Great customer service. Professional and easy to get through. They even answer all your questions before you go in. It was some what inconvenient to pay off. You must use a Debit card or pay in cash. It would be nice to be able to pay off online.

My name is Rachael and I had a great experience with this title max. I was going back to school and needed money for books and equipment. So I took out about a $1000 loan. That was all I needed. The manger was nice and so were the office workers. I got through school paid it off early. For someone going back to school or needed an emergency expense paid I would recommend. Just to be careful and only take what is needed and what you can for sure payback. The workers are very kind and the office very neat.

I came into TitleMax loans looking to get a loan for christmas. A woman by the name of Chrystal greeted me and was very friendly and personable.! She was very thurough in explaing and answering my questions. An helped me walk out of there with a loan. We need more people like her in the work force. She was great.!

They were very nice except for the fact that you can't never find an email address for him I want to know if I was approved for $4,000 loan less than a month ago can I go ahead and take the other 800 refinance total to be 4000 only took 3200

I thought me and my wife got a loan , apparently I'm chopped liver. Got a loan have paid 13,700 back have a 300 payment left , they call and won't speak to me lisa says I have nothing to do with it that it is my wife's loan ... why did it take both of us to get , even the check was made to both of us it is our car both on title and they won't discuss it with me .. well I say I'll never have anything to do with this place after this ... I'm appalled at this way I just got treated... I guess they like my money but don't give two s---s about me when all that money I paid them.... i thought was a good place until today .... Never ever deal with people like this ......

I just went in to find out how the whole title loan works and was immediately greeted by Michelle, and two other ladies. They were all smiles and very helpful. You could tell they really cared about their business but more importantly made me feel like i was their #1 priority. Answering all my questions and giving me info to help me.
