Anytime I’ve called in my calls are answered promptly and if not, they call back right away. They put their customers first and have always helped me in a bind. Tera and her staff are super! I've been cleaning her windows for years now and every time I go in I look forward to seeing them. The customer service at this location is the best in all of Tucson! I called and spoke with Sofia who was extremely helpful and kind over the phone! I went into the store hoping to be approved for a certain amount and she was able to get me approved for a higher amount. Sofia treated me like i mattered and went above and beyond! I would like to start off by saying that my experience at title max was great due to an employee by the name of Veronica Saenz who was an awesome person very professional and courteous...took the time to explain in detail what the loan consist of and was extremely wonderful and very detailed. In my personal experience I was lucky to have had such a good person helping me out and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a loan to come see her I would definitely return just because of the service she provided.

No one wants to do a loan here because of the interest and the stigma it has, but honestly, all you have to do is pay it off early. I got a loan here a few months ago and just paid it off! Tera and her team are amazing and I appreciate them being here when I needed it.
