These are two of the most professional southern hospitality ladies I have ever seen. I traveled from Spring to go there and let me tell you. I would bypass every other place and go there and I’m glad I did!

Both Jose and Grace were excellent. Their customer service was unmatched. They were very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. I would definitely recommend this title max for financial assistance.

This place provides great customer service, especially Grace. She was super helpful, relatable, and genuine. Even though she was new with the company, she was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Carlos was also very helpful with getting me and Grace started. I originally called and spoke with Grace and she helped inform me on the process of the title loan, I then scheduled an appointment for the next day and came in and did the application. So my car was repossessed. My fault that's fine. It was towed Tuesday evening. I pay off the balance Wednesday morning when they opened. The entire balance. I was told that my car. was in transit and that I would have to wait until it gets to IAA so I can pick it back up I call IAA they told me that the car is not there yet and when it does get there I would have to wait until Monday to get my car back. I know that my car is currently sitting at the vendors lot waiting to be transferred right now but their rules and policy says that the car has to be brought to IAA who is so busy now they are going to hold my car for almost a week after I paid for it. If I pay off the balance why make me wait. Why send it to them to be inventory. Seem like just a way to say screw you. Remember the car is with a tow yard now. Tow yards can release cars last time I checked. auction sites are notorious for making you wait for these appointments so if it could be avoided why just not avoided it. Don't get a loan from these people I've had a car repossessed before years ago and I picked my car up the next day. I've had cars towed from apartment complexes for parking in the wrong spot and I picked up my car the same night. And to make things worse on top of all this the reason why I fell behind is because my last payment was supposed to be in February but instead of me only owing the 188 to refinance in January and then paying it off in February like my plan was I look in the app and it said that I owed over $1,000 even though that wasn't in the paperwork for me to owe that much so instead of arguing with them I just let it go cuz I figured I would pay it off and now this is where it's gotten me. they breached their own contract basically took my car knowing that they that they weren't going to give it back for a week. my advice to you whoever is reading this is to not get a loan for your title never do it because they're going to screw you over in the end no matter how you cut it. if I had made the extra refinance payment I still would have had to come off about 2 to $300 more than what I was expecting earlier than it said on the contract breakdown that was given to me. I should have known the whole idea of a TitleMax loan with shady from the beginning and then when you get tow yards involved that never goes well CONSUMER BEWARE

I love this place! Last Year went to Guatemala and my loan was fast and easy! Is time to go again and again my loan was easy! Jose is so friendly and holds good conversation makes me feel comfortable! Thank you Title loan! Will be coming back next year!
