Rejected the shoes that I was trying to pawn quickly without even looking at them. It was all red nike vapormax shoes. It had a few scratches on it but with those nike shoes the scratches show up white and the manager had the nerve to think it was white paint. Like seriously who would put white paint on all red shoes and try to pawn it???? That was the craziest thing ever but its cool because we moved on to the next pawn shop. Yall need better customer service forreal!!

Very friendly, humorous and customer friendly environment. The staff there always go above and beyond to assist. I normally stop by before I hit the mall or whenever I’m out shopping, I can always count on finding an exclusive & authentic piece whether it be a designer handbag, designer shoe, time piece or electronics. They come highly recommended to buy, sell or loan. Check them out!!!

This place is very professional and gives you the best price for your possessions. Aj and Jose were very nice and friendly associates.They have a vast selection of AUTHENTIC high end designer purses, luggage, sunglasses and shoes! I would recommend everyone to come here.

Upon arrival I was greeted by all staff Store Manager Daniel was great funny and straight to the business. He get right to the point in seconds you will be happy you came I definitely will be doing more business with these guys my transaction was completed by Bang he’s awesome as well the whole staff is very professional

I have purchased three items here on separate occasions. Each time was an easy and fair exchange. They will usually give a little on price or throw in the tax. The last time, I bought a TV that stopped working almost immediately. They let me return it for store credit! Unheard of at a pawn shop, and probably won't happen every time. I will recommend to anyone.

Love this pawn shop. Customer service is excellent, they treat you like you are very special. The assistant manager AJ is the best, coolest, most professional manager I have ever encountered at a pawn shop. He was so very helpful to me on multiple occasions. We had the pleasure of visiting this location while in Houston this past weekend. When traveling, we love to visit pawn shops but were not impressed by other locations. Items piled on top of each other, making it hard to shop. The crew here definitely knows how to keep an organized store and were very friendly. A+, we even found a couple of vinyls at a very reasonable price. Thanks, we look forward to visiting next time we are in the area!

Most of the items are over priced. You’ll come out better buying them brand new. It’s a hassle just to get into the door due to the security system locks. You have to push the buzzer which lets out a super loud piercing sound for them to let you in and out. Not to mention there’s 2 doors you have to go through that does this. This store is a headache.

Scary and racist. A straight black man walks in and all the employees start trembling.

Well I've dealt with a lot of pawn shops throughout the years near places I've lived...what can I say times have been rough. Many of them had great customer service, but one in particular has been exceptional at the needs of their customers as well as their loan amounts. Westheimer Pawn is by far the best one at what they do and the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a pawnshop. They are truly there for you and your needs and the reason I rated them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Very clean and well organized. They had everything from shoes to a light fixture. Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly. I like that they have super high end items, along with more resonably prices items. It's a fun treasure hunt that does not have that icky pawn shop feel. Will be back!

I bought TV here. Employee Jamie was the best employee here compare with others. He is kind, cool and nice attitude with customers. I wish there is more employee like him.

I had never heard of this place before, but I was in DESPERATE need of a Ti 84 calculator. I called this place and they explained they had a couple in stock and a variety of calculators that also beat multiple prices from other pawn shops, so I went in and they had one !! They were soooo sweet and so attentive! The calculator did not have batteries so they found 4 spare batteries and gave them to me. Super nice and friendly staff. And they have a huge selection of interesting things. I’ll have to make a trip back to have more time to browse around !!

Had a very good experience there this morning! My 1st time going here! The sales lady who sold me my 2 rings, was a very lovely lady. Everyone were very nice and cheerful! I would definately go here again & I highly recommend this place!!!! They have some very nice beautiful items!!!

By far the best!!! I was in a really tight spot and they loaned me 250 on my camera. I had an incident and someone stole my bag out my car that had my wallet, laptop and everything else. I had to close those cards out and get new bank accounts since my account information was in my bag. AJ with Westhimer Pawn called me and left a message and stayed in touch so my expired loan would stay kept aside till I was able to get my account stuff squared away. They’re not out here to get your stuff but truly seeks to help out their customers and not take advantage!! Truly a blessing

Daniel was great! Even though they were super busy, I appreciated the fact that they had very regular and friendly customers. They seem legit, no complaints whatsoever.
