Prosperity Bank - Drive Thru Only Westheimer Rd, Houston

DECLINED to WITHDRAW!! I entered the location to withdraw money. (instead of ATM for safety) because the bank is located in a high crime area. I provided my card, and my temporary DL by DMV (along with original, until new one comes). I was told that they don't accept temporary drivers licenses. Before I could pull out my state ID, the bank teller tells me to use the ATM instead " if I know the pin"........I have closed my account, and withdrawn all of my money, and reported to the TDB, and the FR.

It is like they take pride in providing bad customer service. There is never any customers in the branch, so clearly the word is out.

I have twice tried to reset my online password using their dial in system. Twice I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes so I decided to go to the branch for help only to be told I need to call into the customer service center.

The employees at this branch are always helpful and kind.

There's a reason the parking lot is empty. Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Too limited.

This bank is the worst and I’m glad I wasn’t with them when I thought about opening my account with them years ago. They charged you 1.5% from the total amount of the check that you want to cashed just because you’re not their customer while at every other banks they only charge you $8 or $10 max. This bank is worst just like those cashing check places where they love to rip you off from your money. Now I understand why there hardly any customers with this bank whenever I passed by any of their locations.

This is the Absolute Best Bank I have ever done business with !
