Staff was very friendly and attentive.

One of the managers there is very childish and rude. He’s the heavy set guy with the deep voice. I hardly go up there because I pay my title on the app! Every time he call me reminding me about my bill he mispronounce my name and I always tell this annoying a$$ man to call me by my last name, but doesn’t listen l. No!! 🙄 I’ll be glad when I’m done paying off this Title because I will not be returning. It’s a rip off anyway because if you late paying your title you get charged over $9 day to day including weekends.😒 Sometimes people have a hard time do to job loss, Covid, ect... If I paid on time every month for almost a whole year then I should get a courtesy discount. All of these title loan and payday loan companies are rip offs. You never see the companies in the suburban areas. It’s always in the black communities. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤨
