Awesome customer service and attentive to detail! I first tried Pancho’s title loans in Sunland Park and the man was rude and all up in my business, rejected me saying I was gonna take my car up North and would be a hassle finding it. Jumped the gun in a less than a second!!!! I came here to TitleMax in Santa Teresa was asked a few questions and went through the whole process. Luckily I was blessed with the loan I needed!!!!! Thanks TitleMax definitely recommending y’all to family, friends, and acquaintances!

i probably would give a higher score, BUT the fact that we now receive funds on a debit card DOESN'T make me happy. we weren't advised of that until AFTER all signatures were completed and the transaction was done. how deceptive of you. i would have expected BETTER communications about the process and changes, but no information was provided. now i have to register on an additional site and manage an additional bank account instead of depositing funds into my own account. its UNFORTUNATE that TitleMax has changed its processes to inconvenience the customer even more. UNHAPPY established customer....😠😟☹
