Lashay was actually amazing. I came in so late and she so willingly took me in for a loan. And she’s pretty darn sweet too! She’s a really good manager and definitely earned my business and respect.

I had such a great experience. Lashay was my representative and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was very nice. She even offered me water while I waited. This was my first loan because I’m only 19 so I had trouble getting one before, but she was quick, persistent with important information such as pay dates and rates, and she specified the importance of quick payback to avoid a higher interest rate. I would definitely recommend that if anyone needs a title loan, the one in Sauk Village is the one to come to because it was quick and efficient.

Went in the store today and met Leah Hicks the store manager and she has a very great personality, she made me feel welcome and took her time explaining everything. When I came into the office the General Manager LaShay was dealing with another customer. She took me after closing time and I appreciate that. She didn't rush and she worked hard to get me funded. My Goodness these ladies are awesome! I was very skeptical initially and really wanted to see what all the 5 stars was about so I drove a little further and I am glad that I did. I couldn't of met a happier bunch. The customer service is natural and sincere and I would recommend this location anytime!

I needed a loan for a small emergency. I met with Leah, and she was able to get me a loan within my budget. She was courteous and kind and professional, and made sure I understood my loan agreement. Everyone is very nice. They work with you, understand everyone has financial problems, many times they have actually helped me save my car rather than take it. Mrs. Le shay..(spelling may be wrong) but she is wonderful. I appreciate when after a long relationship with a company..the employees ask about your family, ask how your month has been...it makes a person feel important instead of feeling like a number. Would and have recommended the Sauk village office without hesitation. And will only do business with them. Wish I could give more than 5 stars...10,15 or 20 is what they deserve and earned with me.

My experience at this location was far beyond amazing. From the time I called the location the store manager Leah was so nice, polite and professional. She has superb customer service! After calling so many title loan places I decided to drive 45 mins away from my town to this location. The reason I decided was because of her amazing customer service. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Upon making my way there I was detoured and running late. She waited for me and welcome me with a big smile, so politely and understanding. Before I arrived she said please don’t rush, I will wait for you. That was so amazing and thoughtful.She had amazing customer service. Most places would close doors and told me that I would have to come back, but she did not she waited. She gave me so much knowledge about the title loan she walked me step-by-step and it is a way that I can understand. I could go on and on about her amazing customer service, but I don’t think I have enough room for that. I really had a good experience with this location. I recommend any and everyone to come to that location and ask for Leah. I guarantee that she will give you such an amazing experience. I was not knowledgeable about title loans until she educated me. And the process was rather quick! She got me in and out. She is so personable and such an amazing manager. I called the my store asking about any kind of help with this interest rate b/c my income was affected by this pandemic. I have never missed a payment. I was told they can give an extension on my loan but no relief on the interest so I decided to call the corporate hotline. I spoke with Ceaser and was told that the store manager is able to cut the interest. I told him the store manager is not the owner and may I speak to a manager b/c I know better. He then told me I need to call my store that their is no manager I can speak with and he has no reference # to give but he will have someone call me. I then went to the store and all I can say is that store manager was completely empathetic and helpful. She could not cut my interest as the guy on the phone said but she definitely gave me other options and actually put a smile on my face. I don’t know if this is ok but her name was Leah and she deserves a raise for being able to handle me today. I don’t usually do reviews but it would be a crime not to let the world know it is still some great people here during this sad time and one of them is a manager at TitleMax named Leah❤️
