We forgot some paperwork and Gina was amazing and patient!! She walked us through every step! System then crashed and she worked all her computers in the office to get it back up and going to finish us up! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend - you will leave there very happy!

I tired to make a payment today on my due day. Every month my partner does it for me. I work late till 7pm for a customer service company. Today I got out early. So I could go to the bank and put what I thought was the amount due. I called while still at the bank to make sure I had enough before leaving. I believe her name was Nicki. I told her I wanted to make a payment and she told me she had four people ahead of me...to call back in 30 min. I asked if I could know the amount due to make sure I had enough before leaving. She sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered and told me no, because she was in another account. Which I know could have been true. I just don’t understand why it would take 30 min plus to take payments? I take payments for my job and it only takes 1 or 2 min. ( depending on the situation ). 1st time I called was at 4pm. I called back again. She told me 3 more people still ahead of me at that time it was 4:30pm. I started to get frustrated. I want to make sure my payment is made. Called again she answered Nicki I believe again...she said hi can you hold. I was on hold for 6 min!!!!!! I’m just trying to make a payment man!! I shouldn’t be on hold that long. No customer should be on hold for that long. After 6 min I finally was able to make my payment, but again by the tone of her voice she sounded like she didn’t wanted to be bothered. I won’t be calling to make payments anymore...I’ll just make my partner do it again for me. I’m not dealing with poor customer service. My company strives to make sure we make the customer happy and I think your company needs to get better training on this.

Aalyha was awesome! I was so confused and so worried at first with doing a title loan. It was by far, the last result for me. However, after going in and talking with Aalyha, I felt so much better. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She made sure that everything was explained to me properly, and was very attentive to my concerns. I left with a smile on my face and I would definitely recommend to anyone to go talk to her!

I gave TitleMax three stars mostly because I felt like today could have been hassle free but because of one employees mistake it was not. The employee left a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. I called TitleMax a few days before July 20 which is my due date to pay. I drive for a living so at the time my car had broken down I call in to let them know that I was going to be late I let them know exactly which day and time I was going to be in to pay it. I was told that a note will be left in my file or on record I was also told that I would be able to just pay what i usually pay. I was also told that my interest would add up ,I ask her what did that mean for the payments and she said it just means that i will end up owing more on my balance I said OK I reassured that my payment would still be what I was paying. When I get there today I was told a totally different total I also found out that there were no notes left on record on top of all that I felt that the manager had a little bit of an attitude so of course I was caught off guard by that and my automatic reaction Was to get an attitude with her right back. At the end of the day I ended up paying what I usually pay and the manager told me from now on if I’m ever going to be late to come in and speak to her personally to keep down confusion. I really just Felt like if her staff did their job all of this could have been avoided. I really hated how I felt being inside of the store because any other time there was always good vibes hopefully we never have this problem again.
