Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) River Oaks Dr, Calumet City

Wanted to open a account for my daughter.. they told me I had to make a appointment ... people here are rude and ignore customers and talk over them in a stuck up manner.. time to find another bank... oh and no withdrawal slips either so everyone in line will hear how much u taking out.. so dangerous if u taking alot of money out.

Our Employee was trying to cash a check at this BOA branch today. Mr. Roberto Herrera held our employee there in the office for close to an hour refusing to cash a Bank of America check.

It's always a crapshoot at ATM on the weekend, it never has small bills...

The business banker Thomas is very rude. I was eager to do business with Bank Of America. Today I called the River Oaks location in Calumet City IL with questions about my account. The business banker Thomas answered the phone and was very dismissing. While we were talking it seemed as if I was irritating him. I asked if he can look further into my account and he never did, never even asked for my name. He treated me so bad, it made me feel horrible. I asked to speak to his manager and he transferred me to customer service. I called the branch back numerous of times to speak with the manager and received no answer. I ended up closing my account, I was eager to do business with Bank of America but I can’t believe I was treated this way. It’s hard to believe Bank of America would hire people that’s so cold hearted and can mistreat someone that’s just trying to take care of business. I am very disappointed with Bank of America. I was even considering employment with Bank of America, I just had an interview with Michelle Beasley and Jolynne Fanter. Thomas ruined all chances of me ever stepping into a Bank of America location ever again. I would never work or bank for a company that has little to no regard for its customers. Thanks a lot Thomas for providing a horrible client experience, and ruining all chances of me ever doing business with Bank of America in the future.

They randomly. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Monday or Thursday. They sometimes close they doors 45 minutes before closing time and then on top of that their times are never updated online. Worst bank ever

I go to this bank 2-3 times a week for business banking. The tellers are very helpful and honestly..deal with alot of attitudes from clients. My issues is with a teller named Arnitta. She always has an attitude with every client I have seen her interact with including myself. Daily job tasks seem to be very overwhelming to her and makes the client experience uncomfortable.

It's seem like the lady who helped me knew what she was doing and tried to make the process easy for me. But then I went the very next day for another appointment and found out that everyone was a manager. I'm wondering if anyone was available to help when needed but im guessing not. Definitely open and closed my account less then 24hrs..

Roberto bank manager needs to learn how to understand policies peoples rights, laws and how to run a branch with out trying to be a polite yes man and dance around people's ideology and be careful not to get him self in a lawsuit.

I went into this branch on 7/2/2021 @ 1030am with a personal bank of America check from a business deal with one of there customers , Intially they told me it would be a 8 dollar fee because I'm not a customer, I said that's fine then the teller says, I have to deposit it, at my own bank because I'm not a customer!! It's A bank of America personal check from a 20 year customerof there's!!! Don't understand!!

Never have enough employees not sure why this branch is still open

This place definitely needs more help. I came in and they told me it was a 45 minute wait to see a banker and there was only like 2 people ahead of me. It’s about 8 offices but no employees. I thinks it ridiculous to have that long of a wait for such a small amount of people. Also when I checked in they didn’t ask my name just told me to sit down and i would be called. I think they need more employees and a better check in system.
