Always very slow. Your wait time is unpredictable even if you have just one person ahead of you.

Usually pretty good. Wait times can get long sometimes but never had any issues.

I have been going there for Years. Lady's are real nice and very respectful!Never had no problems at all! Last time i was there bout 2 weeks ago the place inside needs remodeling.And cleaning there was papers on the floor really needed cleaning!!

Old lady with grey hair is very rude and unprofessional.

Several times I've come here and had to wait in line 30 to 45 minutes. Today I needed to get a money order to pay for a delivery at my job, and had to wait in line for 45 minutes. I had to wait so long the drivers from the delivery company had left, severely impacting my business for this weekend. Yesterday I had went there for a box of pennies because my bank was closed, and of course they didn't have any. I find it pretty sad that it took almost an hour to get a money order from a place across the street from my job. Its also pretty sad that I could've driven to a different currency exchange and been back in the time it took for the incompetent employee to provide the service I needed. Every time I go there the employees are lifeless, look like they hate their jobs. This visit today will definitely be the last

I was needing to print off my daughter’s school papers and only had a credit card. The counter clerk advise cash only, so she went in her own pockets to pay for my order because I didn’t have another means to pay. I was very please with the service and how quickly the service was. There was no long wait.

The worst customer service ever if I can give this place zero stars I would. Especially the two tellers (Hispanic lady and Caucasian old man) they are THE WORST. You all should hire friendly people who are trained on how to positively interact with customers.

Really nice staff. I was in and out. There were 4 people ahead of me when I got there and I was gone within 10 minutes. They also answered the phone for me when I called ahead of time.

My brother needed a notary at the last minute... Illinois Currency Exchange were open longer than the other neighboring like stores... And the Notary at this location was very nice from the initial phone call I made; until the actual in store service was complete. Affordable and We were extremely pleased. Great customer service. We thought we wouldn’t make the deadline.. 👍🏾

I've had opportunity to use their services many times, and have yet to ever be disappointed. When it comes to title and license work they are quick and accurate. Treat the workers with respect and they treat you with a positive attitude!
