Leonard is an awesome manager!! He's very consistent with great customer service and he ensures that his staff displays the same great service. It's so refreshing to come in and be greeted with a smile when life sends you to a path in borrowing from any lender. I keep coming back to this location because of the great experience I have every time I come in.

Young lady by the name of Dawanna was a big help and she really took care of me. She has GREAT customer service and made the process as speedy as possible. I highly recommend pls in Chicago heights for ALL loans

Horrible customer service...This Rude lady Dawanna was helping me when I went there for a loan I waited 20 mins to be sent out because a job verification form. Now Iv taking out loans prior to this visit and the same kind never had to wait 48 hours to verify employment. The next day I had the form faxed to her she stated she never received the fax. Today i called her and sent it 3 more times I have the fax showing it was sent and received .. She wouldn't take me giving her the form directly or speaking to my employer after calling the job and having proof I worked there I have the form that was faxed and sent to her by the owner of my company, she says nope ill call you when its faxed .. It was sent 6 times. Horrible service so unprofessional. I will never recommend this place. What should of been a same day quick loan is now going on over three days and all at her convenience. Terrible service..

Leonard is a nice young man , he’s very professional and have great customer service . I will recommend this location to family and friends. So next time Joanne Norris tell your sister get her credit together. Lol😂😂😂😂

Excellent customer service. An irate citizen came in to the store and left angrily because he did not bring in the proper documents for his loan. Leonard handled the situation in a great manner and remained positive in the negative situation by providing great customer service. All of the employees at this location always provide great customer service; I always have a pleasant experience.

Bianca was very professional and helped me with everything concerning my loan. She was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I gave her a five star rating. I would definitely use this branch again when needed.

Tammy at the pls in Chicago Heights IL had a very positive attitude and explained and walked through everything with me she even made sure I understood how to pay back the emergency money I needed in order to pay for books for school. She was very sweet and down to earth and patient. The atmosphere was calm and quiet.

The staff as well as the managers are very professional. They are welcoming and treat their customers with the utmost respect. They explained the loan process thoroughly. The store is always clean. They are just an AWESOME group of people.

i dont know who wrote all the good reviews about this loan store but i visited it with my sister on thursday august 23 2018 and her experience was awful.We wasted one hour there for nothing but foolishness.The man was not friendly and they were disorganized and unprofessional. She waited over 25 minutes for an answer as he talked on his cell phone.He then asked for her social security number again some time lator!They could not get her social security number straight and denied her loan. She had no open loans anywhere.!We left there and immediately went to americash on 159th street in Markham,il and the lady was so friendly and approved her loan instantly for a high amount. We were in and out of americash in 20 minutes. Dont waste your time at the pls store in chicago heights, il. No wonder the store is always empty if you drive by!
