Elizabeth Oros at TitleMax @ 18440 N 7th St in Phoenix is the best. I called different locations and wasn’t impressed. I got ahold of her, I knew the few minutes I spoke with her I trusted her and went straight to her location. She was not only sweet, she was a very genuine and honest person and explained everything making me feel comfortable. If you have a last minute emergency, call Elizabeth she will explain and direct you in the right loan. Thank you Elizabeth!!

I paid off my loan with them and found out they sent my title to the wrong address making the whole process difficult!! Couldn’t recover it, the original got lost in mail! This forced me to go and spend money to get a new title. This was after confirming with them during our last visit that they had an updated address on file, to avoid this exact situation. Yet they still messed up….Had more unfortunate events here than I have had good, would not recommend this location!

David drarjeh was amazing so much help very involved in explaining everything to me where I understood it. Very personable. Very patient with me when I had to run back home I would recommend TitleMax to anyone at this location to see David he’s awesome great customer service and I definitely will be back

Samantha was amazing! She not only had all the answers to my questions, she was personable, kind, caring. We talked about so much as we both waited for the process to complete and I was 100% at ease and very appreciative that I had her to be the one to walk me through everything. I would come back to this location over and over as long as Samantha is there 😊😊

Very quick and helpful. Everyone eles required paper documents when everything is online( where in 2021 come on). Young lady was very nice, professional, and revived all my docs online.
