Hello I absolutely loved my experience at Titlemax, my agent's name is MARIA ENRIQUEZ. She was very friendly and welcoming from beginning to end and she tried to help with everything possible. If someone wants a loan and their vehicle or rv is in the shop, Titlemax will send an employee to the garage to take the photos, the manager told me, to help get the required information to help complete the loan process. As my mom would say, "thats sweet of them!" But if you are a veteran that is mobility handicapped and ask they stop by a secured complex less than 12 blocks from them to do the exact same thing- take the required photographs of a 32' trailer to aid the handicapped veteran in the same manner as the unit being in a garage. I was told no...!?!? Easy way to discriminate... in a grey hazy way. Explained that hooking and unhooking the unit, its sway bars etc would physically put me in bed for at least 5 or 6 days recovering. I was crushed three years ago with spine surgery She did not care, even having seen me and my condition. I cant even figure out where to pull this trailer and truck in, without hitting curbs etc, and god forbid someone is parked even with a car, I could not get in. She provided no options of better places to bring it that I can SAFELY access, having someone stop by take pics like at a shop.. no options.. and her location the road in every direction is under construction... she is the General Manager... but she had to ask if it was alright.... she should not be so quick to dismiss customers... no one else was there. Poor customer service from someone paid to smile and she did that well.
