I was very nervous upon entering. I had heard mixed reviews. Upon sitting Dan “The Man” assured me that everything will be just fine I expected a massive interest on my loan but there isn’t. They are very flexible with payments. The one thing they ask for is communication. Process took maybe 30 minutes, I was approved, and had my check in hand.! Shouts to the whole titlemax team! If you’re in a pinch, need a lump of cash, and have awesome communication skills, then come see them! Very humble, down to earth people who emphasize on making sure you’re taken care of in a very reasonable fashion. I will definitely be back if anything ever occurs! *Come see the family! The rates were high but ladies that work in the office were extremely professional and friendly. Title loans are high interest loans and they made sure I understood that before I signed anything. I would definitely go back. Those ladies were awesome!

They are two lovely beautiful ladies. They are fast and efficient and nice. They know what they're doing!! I only recommend getting a loan if you need it or if you're willing to get it paid off fast like I'm doing!!

Its unfortunate I need a place such as this but am grateful to work with such great people. I often find myself making late payments but if you communicate they will do everything they can to work with you. I've been with titlemax for a few yrs now and have also been to other title loan places but none have had as cheap interest rates as titlemax. Five stars all around!

I had a few questions concerning my loan that originated from a nearby location nevertheless I notice while doing laundry that I was next door to Title Max. I quickly went next door to ask several questions. I must say that Shaniece Wideman answered all my questions thoroughly and I was so pleased that I'm going to spread the word via my own social media platform of how great the customer service is here at 2007 S. Military store. I will be revisting this location in the future.
