Worked with the Store Manager, Kaye Wright and had nothing short of a wonderful experience. She was very inviting, professional and organized. The store was clean and she even made sure my kids were occupied with snacks and activities so we could focus on the paperwork. I had a great experience here and I'll recommend anyone to Title Max for their financial needs.

Mrs. Kay and Mr. Kevin are wonderful. They are exceptionally well at there job and they are studious. Getting a loan is great with them as long as you have the money and make the payments before and what ever you do. Don’t wait a month to make the first payment

So I was 55 days past due and my truck was towed without warning at 6 am. I went into the office located on Battlefield Blvd and Elizabeth had the doors locked at 9:15 am. I explained to Elizabeth that I was coming to pay off my loan in full and to pick up my truck. After she put in my information she had explained that she was clueless as too where my truck had be taken and told me that I would have to wait for someone to contact me, when I had explained that I really needed my vehicle back and that I would rather wait and she began to yell at me and told me that I was rather confident. Elizabeth continued to yell at me and talk down to me. I had to contact customer service and request a call from her manager Anthony and his manager as well!!! I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life and will never use this company again. The fact that a company allows their "Store Managers " to talk hateful to customers is totally unacceptable!!!
