He made the process very easy and we had a good conversation while he assisted me.If you ever decide to get a title loan, I would recommend stopping by this location. There are plenty other locations, but good customer service is something I always remember.

It was easy for me to understand and accept the terms and conditions. They answered my questions with simplicity and patience. When i needed more time to pay my interest they were able to kindly extend the due date. As long as u communicate with them they will do their best to help you. Very personal and happy people. Carlos definitely knows his stuff and is very professional. The process was easy, quick and helpful. However, his staff members don't have the same work ethic. In fact, I don't believe they know what there doing. I was passed from person to person and a simple task took longer than it should have. If I ever decide to do business with Title Max again, I'll only work with Carlos.

I came in today to consider something I thought I would never need, a title loan. I have never been in a position to need it but I may be there soon thanks to COVID. Walking in somewhat embarrassed with my head down I left with a positive outlook and a lifeline should I need it. It’s a scary though to put a loan out on your only transportation but Olga gave me all the details and made me realize it’s not as scary as it seems. She was extremely nice and understanding of my current situation. She didn’t pressure me which was great, just gave me the information needed to make a decision when I felt the time was right. If or when the time comes, title max will be the place I go for a loan I think.
