Stopped by this location 7/5/22 and was assisted by Adriana. She has extraordinary customer service and it doesn't hurt that she knows how to multi-task also. She helped at least 3 customers by herself and no one waiting longer that 3-5 mins. She greeted everyone with a smile and gave each of us her undivided attention. She made the process of getting a new loan quick and easy! I strongly recommend coming to see Adriana!!

Process was longer than expected. Sign outside said it was a 30 min thing. But Adriana made the wait smooth with a good conversion.

I went to the location on beltline and marsh in Carrollton. I started with a phone call to check and ask what all I needed to bring in and to ask how the process works since I had never done this before. Adriana was very very professional and very willing to help me in any way possible. The process was very quick and easy and it went exactly the way she said it would over the phone. alot of business day one thing over the phone and when you arrive, the story changes.
