It not an easy thing when you have an emergency, and you fall a little short on cash flow. I was really stressed when I found out that Karen moved locations, and couldn't get the amount I needed (Short $250). Let me tell you she called me within 30 minutes of leaving and told me she was now at this location, and boom she made it happen. I would have to say that even though Karen was very professional and friendly when I went to their office; I am very dissatisfied that when I called their office the next day, I was treated very rudely by Reyna. I was in the middle of a conversation with her and she just hung up on me. I immediately called back and the phone was never answered and it kept taking me to their recording. After many attempts and no one answering the phone and ended up calling their customer service number.
