The Ace Cash at Rochelle & MacArthur was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with Ace stores. Normal went above and beyond courteous help. She did everything efficiently and quickly and I was in and out in no time. Norma explained every process to me So I was well informed of what was going on. Lashun and Kaylan were super helpful with everything. I’ve came multiple times within these past few weeks and they always saw everything out with me until we had a conclusion.

Norma is super sweet! She was the only one working and she handles all the customers well! She deserves a raise for being able to multi task between customers, and help them get in and out quickly!

I felt a little shy in the beginning and Norma Jean made me feel very comfortable. She got me talking and they were very friendly.

I was referred here by my children’s school. I was helped by Norma Jean and she was very polite, helpful, patient, & she carefully explained the process and how everything works. Had a complicated investment check cashing process, but they were able to use alternate verifying methods in order cash it instead of instantly turning me away. Definitely appreciate their patience and assisting with the process.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it gets pretty packed but it’s worth the wait. Every time I come to this Ace Location I’m always getting the best service by Norma!! I have been coming here & no other Ace location because of her for the past 5 years and every service is just as the first time. She’s so sweet & attentive to all your needs!
