I loved this place. The customer service there is the best. The general manager there is so sweet and nice. Can't get any nicer then her. Works fast and is so helpful. I recommend this store this store. If you ever need a title loan thks place for the loans. They help you out with whatever you need.

The office manager Denise was very helpful and went out of her way to help me get the most for my loan. During one visit she was training a new employee. Although I don't remember the new employees name, she was kind and helpful as well, making sure to ask Denise for help whenever needed. By the time I was on my way out, even with an employee in training, I wasn't there any longer than needed to complete my loan from start to finish. I've gotten loans on two separate occasions as well.

Alejandro was very pleasant and professional. He patiently answered my many questions. The process was very easy and quick. Left with a check in about 30 minutes. Rates were a bit pricey but the monthly payments were affordable. I feel that's the nature of payday loans...high rated. But it's a good option when you're in a temporary financial pinch.

I worked with Samantha she's is super helpful and friendly and just knows how to get things done in a timely manner. Great work ethics. I tried other title max locations and this is honestly the best one.

The employees at this store are very helpful. Overall experience was very positive. I needed extra cash flow for some emergency dental work and the store manager melissa helped me get out with the amount I needed in less than 20mins. And when I needed to increase my loan Alejandro Bernal-Herrera was equally as great. I had a great experience .

I really give this a 2 STAR rating. The only reason I selected 5 starts was because I see how Denise does her absolute most to make the costumer happy. She is so welcoming and I truly felt listened to. Now besides Denise there were so many discrepancy in my visit it caused so much havic on my life as the only reason I went there was I need quick financial help. I have had a title loan here before and They had promised me more then my last loan and by the end of it I was walking away with less money then I need . Thank you Denise, thank you for trying.

Decided why not and bring in my Motorcycle. The experience and process was nice The employees and people felt like family. If your honest and responsible this is a great way for quick cash. I'm writing this review because this store location and people working here have been great more importantly to ensure others like me If this is your first title loan come here. They answer all your questions and are truly willing to go the extra step to ensure customer service.

Alejandro was great at explaining everything in regards to the loan but getting the amount I wanted was difficult on me because it was only a fraction of what I needed because the value of my car is not worth much but at this point anything helps. Alejandro really helped with figuring out registration loans versus title loans and helped pick the best one for my situation. Thank you
