I had an excellent experience obtaining a loan at this location. Etna was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and likable, and the entire process did not take long. The manager, Justine, seemed nice too. I highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to return here in the future!

I have a title loan with TitleMax on Craig and Decatur and I love them! It took about 20mins to get the loan. They explained all options available to me and made sure I understood them all. They are very understanding and willing to work with me when I don't have my payment on time all I have to do is call and let them know what's going on. They are the BEST!!!

I came here looking for a loan be6we hit some hard times. I walked in thinking that they are gonna be bunch of loan sharks, but they are really friendly and understanding. I can highly recommend them all employees where wonderful especially Art he was great with. Thank you all for you help.

Very easy. Thanks Edit: I feel pretty bad about leaving the review I left. I was pressured into leaving the last review. The person who worked on my loan was actually unpleasant until the end when she wanted me to leave a review. She was exasperated with me through most of the process. She claimed that her boss was really pushing her make sure she got 5 star reviews so she had to be pushy. Pushy is one thing, she held my check and wouldn't give it to me until she could see my 5 star review. I still feel bad about it. I've never had a company ever force something like that. I've never left a review against my will before. I could see that the company only has 5 star reviews so now I believe I'm not the only one they pressured into leaving the reviews.

I’ve been coming to Title Max on Craig Rd for the past 4 yrs. The staff is amazing and very friendly especially the Manager Art. After going through a few managers corporate has finally found the right manager that’s outgoing and always willing to help his customers. I will only go to this location and have actually sent several friends here when they’ve needed help. Thanks team members for always putting a smile on my face despite the circumstances and stress of getting a loan. Great attitudes and personalities.

Took out a reasonable! Amount for my truck! And dealt with one person specifically he is totally amazing his name is “Art” he’s very understanding and he made things so easy! Anytime I was unsure he gave me assurance that everything was going to be fine! I totally recommend this place to anyone who needs a lil help!!

These guys are awesome. Customer services exceeds any quality assurance guidelines. Fast friendly service. I have a sick child & had medical bills that had to be paid to clear any future visits which put me in a bind paying my loan with TitleMax. I called around trying to borrow money you know we dislike this right.... I took a chance called TitleMax spoke to Art who told DONT worry about it & allowed me an extra 5 days to make my payment right at my next payday. I’m grateful!

This branch had absolutely the best customer service and loan agents in the entire city. Art, Ben, Liz, and Irasema have always shown complete and courteous professionalism in performing their job duties. They are always thorough and explain every detail and opportunity available to us. Great customer service. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable at what they do. I would definitely come back again. Vegas if you ever need a loan this would be the office to go too!!
