Claudia was absolutely wonderful! She was quick and efficient with processing my check and her attitude in the workplace made it comfortable during my visit. I could tell she knew her job well and her enthusiasm ensured me I was in good hands during my visit. I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically as long as she is working there. Alliayah was amazing! I impatiently waited in line to cash my check for 30 mins but once I got to Alliayah I couldn't help but smile. The customer service makes up for the wait time. She did say they normally aren't that busy so maybe it was just the day and time I went in. Even so, I recommend this Money tree location. Every time I go in it's always great service.

I went into moneytree last Sunday, having a really bad day. I even had a small crying spell. Claudia was so very nice and understanding. She helped me with my transaction and gave me her time and attention with my personal issue. I went back today and Jen helped me with my 1million transactions and was very patient and friendly as well. I love this branch, they always have a smile and ready to help. Thank you ladies, your kindness was very appreciated.

So I was having a bad day. On top of a lot of other incredible things happening, once again an employer of mine misspelled my name on my paycheck they issued me. So I thought to myself, you know what, I'll save myself the headache and I'll just cash this at Moneytree, since I have an account there and they have helped me before when this pain has happened. The manager, Claudia, discretely watchful nearby, warmly, with grace and courtesy, swooped in to help assist the wonderful trainee teller, Maria, who was helping address my predicament, which was a new challenge for her. While Claudia trained Maria at the computer, we all also shared a jovial moment together, as Claudia led with the tale of how she'd been dealing with that particular misfortune basically her whole life--her name being misspelled. "Claudia" is her chosen name to reduce these instances of misspelling. After all was in order, I was taking my money from under the window, and I must've had a look on my face because one of them, I can't recall who-- because a) I was transfixed on my money and b) I did feel a little far away at that moment, as I was about to gather my rather small take home pay which really was not enough to get me by-- asked me how my day was going. Well, they say, sometimes it is the small things that matter. I had myself a little moment there, in front of the tellers' windows; they kindly handed me tissues. I think I was the only one in the lobby at the time, thankfully. I told them why my day was bad--workplace related-- and they advised me on how I could address it. And, they also encouraged me to apply with Moneytree, and why I should consider the company... so, that really topped it all off; via engaging conversation, Claudia picked up on my customer service skills experience. I was having a bad day. But Claudia and her team at 4210 Craig Rd turned that around in a couple of minutes, with their down-to-earth demeanor, honesty, and kindness. "That's my super power," Claudia said, smiling, with a twinkle in her bright eyes, "People cry to me at this window all the time, [and I help them.]" And I believe her. Thanks for saving my day.

so i went to two walmarts to cash in my check, and neither one of them would take it for some reason, they gave me receipts stating my transaction was denied. i took my signed check and went to a money tree since i currently don’t have a bank account since i just turned 18. claudia set me up an account with money tree and then realized my check was signed because of the previous tries at walmart. she had a very positive attitude and explained the issue they’ve been having with people using checks twice and stealing money from them. i understood and she really did try to talk to her manager about it. i then realized i had my receipt that it didn’t go through, and all she did was check my phone to make sure i didn’t have a bank account and she cashed it! and the fee was super low. She taught me a lot about how to properly cash checks and was super helpful nice and informative. great service and made my day a lot better. thanks claudia 10/10 :)

I went to Moneytree on Sunday. When I entered I was greeted with a big smile by Janet and Claudia. I always come to this location to do business and I alwAys receive great customer service.

Money tree workers are very respectful and kind , never have issues and Claudia is very nice and always have a perfect timing!
