Rapid Cash W Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas

So I’m wandering around the plaza after a brief and satisfying Reef dispensary transaction. I needed a few more things. I poked my head in the Rapid cash door, and no line. I walked to the window to a very attentive young lady and asked if she knew where I could get a money order, she said that I could get one right here. What a break. She asked if I needed an envelope or stamps, and I did! She had everything right there In front of her. She explained how to fill it out, put the money orders in the envelope with the stamps. She handed me my change, the envelope with money orders and stamps inside and my receipt. She offered me a pen that I actually really needed. I didn’t get her name but I was in there yesterday and she had medium length brown hair in case management reading this review would like to compliment and compensate this exceptional employee with outstanding customer service. It was notably the best transaction experience of the year so far following a much needed answer to my posing question, Where can I get a money order? Rapid Cash! Good to know!

Eli at the Rapid Cash on Cheyenne was quick, efficient and friendly! She was able to tell me if I got approved and help to to understand the payment information. Overall I can say I left there in a better mood than when I got there

The wait time was unavailable. Teller said it was busy but there was no one in the lobby . A couple tellers were in the back talking not attending customers. The worst customer service experience.
