Karen the General Manager: She was definatley not a Karen. Not only was she expert Knowledge of what she was doing, she also was pleasant to talk with. As we are doing the paperwork, it did not seem like most places where the printer does all the talking. We carried on a great conversation, like she was my friend for a long time. She did the appraisal on my car, and I didn;t have to go out there. I felt very comfortable with her. She has nice hair too. She does not make you feil intimidated either. Most of us who need loans, title loans we are leary and afraid of the companies and the customer service reps treating you like you are a loser. She never once made me feel as if i was less of a human. I can say with our conversation and doing the paper work on the computer/tablet, it was over before I knew it. The best part is the money was in my bank before I walked out the door to leave. She is so nice and friendly I would recomend her to all my friends and anybody looking for a title loan. This is the place to go. Also I told her my friend Jeremy referred me and he is picking up a t $50.00 check just for the referral. Today I am going back to get my $50.00 check also. My experience at this Title Max location was excellent. I was helped by Mayra who was knowledgeable, professional, and who was able to take me threw the loan process with ease and efficiency. Getting a loan can sometimes be time consuming and stressful, but with Mayra I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked thru the door. She was very friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Mayra and this Title Max location to anyone I know in need of a loan.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve herd very scary things about title loans. So I was not expecting the outcome I got. I came in with a load of problems on my mind and when I sat down with Mabel I felt as if she was very patient and understanding. Mabel expalained the repayment of the loan and told me about a cool app I was able download. The app is convenient and easy to use. Had I known TitleMax makes it this easy and stress free I would have came sooner! Mabel thanks for making my loan processing quick, and for listening to all my problems.
