Love this titlemax. Just right when I walked right in they greeted me as if I was number 1. Yvonne helped me out with the load I got and was straight forward and very helpful. Love her personality. Vanessa helped me as well and made me feel like family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

After looking at all the different TitleMax locations, I was pleased to see that West Covina was all 5 stars! The second I walked into the door I was greeted and offered snacks and water which really made me feel comfortable. I then went on to obtain a quote on a loan I was looking to borrow. They were very understanding and listened with open ears. These women are AWESOME! Vanessa and Yvonne are sooo delightful! They assisted me with all my needs and led me to the right direction. I greatly appreciate them and how well they treat they're customers! I will definitely recommend them and would highly come back to this location if needed to do so. Before getting a loan, I checked out another local title loan company. Although they were willing to make me a loan, it just didn't feel right. But, when I came into TitleMax, Yvonne and the crew were great, and the process was stress free. I was short on rent at the first of the month, and they got me out of a bind. They checked out my car, and made me a fair loan. I paid it off the following week. They made the process simple and fast. If I need another one, I'll be back for sure.

I was in a very difficult situation and couldn’t think of anything else but to get a loan on my car. Making that decision is never easy, and it’s very nerve wracking to think of the process, getting approved or denied, etc. I found this title max and went in and was greeted by the kindest, most helpful and understanding people I think I’ve ever dealt with in anything I’ve done financially. Vanessa and Yvonne (and Donald too, but I’ve only worked with him once) are kind, patient, funny, and dedicated. They truly want to help and want to make sure you can handle the payments. They say to just talk to them if something is going on and they’ll do what they can, and they mean it.
