Eddie was extremely helpful, in getting me the loan I needed. While the process was long he made it easier, and worked with me through everything. Jenny started the process with me and she was super helpful throughout the process as well.

Let me start off by saying TitleMax is not bad at all if you plan on paying off soon. Second, Nancy, Jenny, and Mike are great. My only problem is they recently got a new GM and he doesn't speak Spanish at all even though they advertise it and he's really rude. I understand making payments on time is crucial but if I tell you I'm going to pay off tomorrow even if I'm late one day there shouldn't be no scolding involved especially by a GM. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location if I ever do decide to borrow money again.

Definitely a great experience from start to finish. Jenny is the best, courteous, and very welcoming from the beginning. She made the process very easy for us. We recommend this place to anyone who needs a title loan. Thank you Jenny for your help!

Went to a different loan agency, i was already thinkin the worst since my last experiance. I have to say i was overwhelmed with the upbeat and gracefull reception at the door. I sat down they had offered me water and boy was i thirsty. Eddie and Jenny helped me with the whole process explained the contract i detail and answered every concern about doing a title loan. I higly recommend going to Eddie and Jenny they have so much energy and enthusiasm and help you as much as they can, i know i am writting this late but you can never forget good help and service.

Most of these people commenting bad things about this company are liars. I signed all the paper work at the end of the process. Jenny was super helpful, she made sure I was aware I didn't have to sign anything until the end. And I really only signed like 2 papers. This company was really helpful. I paid off the loan this week and they made me feel really good about it. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in need. I'm not going to lie, it's pretty pricy but if you pay it off soon you won't pay much interest. Thank you Jenny & Eddie! :D

don't come here. I had a loan here and the general manager eddie told me he can help me out with my loan because i was going through a hard time. i came in to drop off my car because I couldn't pay for it anymore and he made me take my car just so I can accrue more interest. according to him he was helping me so I can get money to pay off the car but somehow in 2 weeks I had over 400 dollars in interest. he will rip you off
