I have been very impressed with the Customer Service at AIS for a long time, and my call to them just impressed me more. I had some questions and April was amazing. She listened, she really understood what I was asking and was knowledgeable, kind and efficient! April completed my requests and I know exactly what to expect next. Then to top it all off, she pointed out some additional coverage we were eligible for. Thanks April and AIS ! Excellent Customer Service!

April rodriguez was the nicest warm and very proffessional specialist in assisting us getting proof of insurance to our mortgage loan company, she was fast and very friendly, she shound get a bonus for that or at least she can go home early . Roxy Cardenas has to be the best customer service representative that I have ever spoken too. She was polite, kind, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. I had to make some adjustments to my policy, and she was able to do everything along with fixing any additional things that I would have never even though of asking. She was kind enough to look through everything to ensure I am receiving the best price, and making sure that everything is covered. Could not have asked for a better experience. She did everything that I needed, and then additional extra work.

I spoke with Ivan Montanez @ AIS regarding the premium increase I had recently received. He explained that as of May insurance companies across the board were adjusting/increasing rates. Discouraged to hear this and accepting what was being done to my account, without having control, I thanked Ivan for the info and was getting ready to hang up. However, Ivan asked if he could have a few moments to review my account, asked me a few questions, and before I knew it he was able to help me save $390.00 a year on my premiums. Being in the customer service industry myself, I understand how overwhelmed reps can be at times having to performed by numbers rather than by human interaction. Yet, Ivan was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt, and genuinely sounded like he cared, which made me feel that he was there for me rather than taking a call to quickly wrap it up and hit next. Great customer service! This is the type of service that keeps customers from shopping around and going anywhere else. Thank you Ivan for caring about your customers

I shopped many insurance companies both for auto and home and Mercury by far shined. Mathew was very informative and helped me figure out what the best coverage would be for me. April his assistant took all the information needed to apply and was very friendly and patient. It was a pleasure working with Mathew and April and Mercury did have the best rates. EXCELLENT Customer service! I called in today and spoke to Patricia regarding the removal of an insured car that we sold and adding a new car to the policy. Despite my not knowing some of the answers to the questions asked to me since my husband usually handles these matters, Patricia Gastelum was so patient and understanding. She even was sweet enough to congratulate me on my pregnancy (8 mos pregnant!). She is a stellar customer service rep. I hope to encounter more customer reps like her in the future if I should need anything. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

I was dreading the long awaited call to make a change on our insurances! Got online first and had a base quote to work with. Then called in to the office and got Eren and Joe Maese- who were both very knowledgeable and helpful. First time visit this office. It is actually nice to talk to a Representative in person. Nice and Clean office. Carmen Paez was helping me and she is very patient and detail, explain every questions I had and will have. The best part is she is willing to call the insurance company to find out any possible hold back so I won't get surprise in the mail. Like that the most.
