I forgot to turn my dash off while I was inside the business. When I was ready to leave my car battery was totally dead. I went back inside and asked for assistance. The employee immediately used her own jumper cables and car battery to start my car. Greatly appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond.

I came in, in an emergency. The staff at this location are very articulate and professional. They took the time to explain the process to me to ensure it was what I was looking for. The process was simple and easy and I would recommend this particular location to anyone. They are offer bilingual services as well. There is no pressure and ultimately they are here to help you.

Terrible experience..... Bate and switch loan percentage's. Removed odometer title milage of vehicle. Overall irrelevant excuse's for their poor business practices on loans. Excessive percentage rates (APR) are sky high predatory usury loan rates, beware. I Do and would Not Recommend Title Max to anyone.

This is my fifth loan at this location. Therefore I consider myself an expert ratings customer regarding this location. This location has been thru a few staff changes. Only one time out of all my dealings with this location have I hit a bump in the road. (Bad customer service) However I am back and the new store manager is amazing! (Christina Nava) The process was the easiest of all the other previous times and she really roles out the red carpet for the customer. (EVERY TIME) "I GOT MY TITLE BACK WITH TITLEMAX! 😀
